Frameo AI Video Maker turns your ideas into moving pictures. This policy explains, in plain terms, what information is involved when you create with the app, where it goes, and the choices you have. The app is offered by Frameo AI Video Maker ("we", "us"). There are no user accounts and no sign-in: you open the app and start making.

The short version

We collect only what we need to turn your input into a video and to know whether you have an active subscription. We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number or password, because the app has no accounts. Payments are handled by Apple, and we never see your card details.

What travels with your creations

When you generate a video, the material you provide, such as text prompts, images or clips you choose to upload, is sent to our backend so it can be processed. We also handle the resulting video so it can be returned to you. Basic technical information needed to deliver the request and keep the service working, such as app version and device type, may be included.

What we leave alone

We do not collect account details, contact lists, precise location or payment card information. We do not sell your personal data. We only access photos or files you actively choose to share with the app.

Where the magic happens

Generations run on our own backend, operated by Frameo AI Video Maker. Your prompts and media are used to create the video you asked for and to keep the service running reliably, not for unrelated purposes.

The partners in the picture

Apple App Store: distributes the app and processes all purchases and subscriptions through Apple In-App Purchase. Apple handles your payment information under its own privacy policy. Adapty: when used, Adapty helps us track subscription status and related analytics, such as whether a subscription is active, purchase and renewal events, and app-level identifiers that are not tied to your name. This lets us unlock the right features for you and understand how our plans are performing. Each of these services processes data under its own privacy terms.

Subscriptions and purchases

When you buy a subscription or other in-app purchase, the transaction happens entirely with Apple. We receive confirmation of what you purchased and its status, sometimes by way of Adapty, so the app knows which features to open for you. Billing, renewals and refunds stay with Apple.

How long things are kept

We keep the content you submit and the videos produced only as long as needed to process your request, deliver the result and operate the service, and then delete it, unless we must keep something longer to meet a legal obligation. Subscription and purchase records may be retained by Apple and Adapty according to their own policies.

Your rights and choices

You can ask us for access to personal data we hold about you, or ask us to delete it. Because there are no accounts, it helps to describe the request in detail, for example the approximate time of a generation, so we can find the relevant data. You can also manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings, and limit photo access in your device settings at any time. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under local law, and we will honour them.

Changes to this policy

If we update this policy, we will revise the effective date below and, for meaningful changes, let you know through the app or its App Store listing.
