Welcome to Frameo AI Video Maker, a place to sketch ideas and watch them move. These Terms of Use are the agreement between you and Frameo AI Video Maker, the developer of the app. They are written to be read, so please take a few minutes with them.

Saying yes

By downloading, opening or using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. You need no account to use it; these terms apply from your first use.

Your licence to create

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, in line with these terms and Apple's usage rules. The licence is for your own creative use; you may not resell, copy, reverse engineer or redistribute the app itself.

Playing fair

Please use the app with care. Do not upload or generate content that is illegal, that infringes someone else's rights, that harasses, deceives or harms others, that sexualises minors, or that impersonates real people in a misleading way. Do not try to disrupt our backend, bypass usage limits or access the service by automated means. We may limit or stop access for anyone who breaks these rules.

What's yours and what's ours

You keep ownership of the prompts, images and clips you provide, and, to the extent the law allows, of the videos you generate. You give us a limited permission to process that content solely so we can produce and deliver your results and operate the service. You are responsible for having the rights to anything you upload. The app itself, including its design, software, name and branding, belongs to Frameo AI Video Maker and is protected by intellectual property laws. AI output can sometimes resemble existing works; please review your videos before sharing them publicly.

Subscriptions through Apple

Paid features are sold through the Apple App Store using Apple In-App Purchase. Prices and plan details are shown before you buy. Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and renewal charges are applied by Apple. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple ID account settings; deleting the app does not cancel it. Refund requests are handled by Apple under its policies.

No guarantees

The app is provided "as is" and "as available". AI generation is creative and unpredictable, so we do not promise that results will be accurate, uninterrupted, error-free or suited to any particular purpose. To the extent the law permits, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

Limits on liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Frameo AI Video Maker is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits or content arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have that cannot be limited by law.

When things change

We may update these terms as the app grows. When we do, we will change the effective date and, for significant changes, give notice in the app or on its App Store listing. Continuing to use the app after an update means you accept the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws that apply to the developer, Frameo AI Video Maker, without limiting any consumer protections you are entitled to where you live.
